Thank you for registering for the Houston National College Fair. Please read this information carefully. If you are not attending this fair, please forward this information to the appropriate representative from your institution.

Parking is $15 cash only.
Enter the North Stadium Entrance Gate 12. $15 CASH ONLY. You will be given a TAN piece of paper that will need to be displayed on your dash, so that you are able to enter the same way for the evening session and not have to pay again. If you do not receive this paper, you will be asked to pay again for the evening session.
The best entrance would be Gate 12 which is at the following exact address:

1. Housekeeping Items
Check your booth number, and edit your booth signage any time by logging into NACAC's Community Hub. NOTE: This must be done for each individual fair you register for. If you would like to change the person who receives future emails about this fair, please email NACAC's Customer Service Team.

To receive the NACAC rate please make your reservations online using our personalized link or call 1-866-781-2364 and identify as participants of the NACAC College Fair.
5. On-site Food and Beverage
Light refreshments are provided at the beginning of each session. NACAC strongly encourages you to eat a full meal before you arrive.
6. Lead Retrieval
All National College Fairs use lead retrieval technology to capture student data.
On the day of the fair, check in at the Exhibitor Lead Retrieval booth (located near the information booth) and our vendor will give you a scanner. Scanners must be returned at the end of the fair. Each exhibitor is responsible for lost or misplaced scanners. The replacement cost is $600.
Student data will be uploaded and available to registered institutions within two days of the fair. Student data will be sent to the email address used to register for the fair. Registered exhibitors must ensure their contact information is correct and up-to-date.
Please note: One scanner is issued per booth. If your institution purchased multiple booths, you will be issued one scanner for each booth purchased. If your institution requires additional scanners and you did not purchase them at the same time as your booth, please email NACAC's Customer Service Team.
7. Help Us Promote This Fair On Social Media
Use your social media channels and school website(s) to encourage students to register to attend. Visit our social media promotion page and let prospective students know your institution will be at the fair. Your support is important and you will help us reach even more students and families!
