Conroe ISD College Night

• Ten High Schools will be attending: Conroe ISD schools (Caney Creek HS, Conroe HS, Grand Oaks HS, Hauke HS, Oak Ridge HS, The Woodlands HS, The Woodlands College Park HS), Willis HS, Montgomery HS, and Lake Creek High School.

• Allow extra time for travel due to possible road construction on I-45.
• Please send no more than two college representatives from your institution.  Due to the size of the fair, we ask for representatives from the same institution to share a table.
• JROTC students will be available at the fair from 4:00 – 6:30 p.m. to help you with carrying items from your car into the convention center.
• College representatives may begin setting up at 4:00 p.m.  Please arrive early to guarantee convenient parking, in close proximity to the venue.  Parking will be available in the southeast parking lot.  Please be sure to sign in near the front entrance before setting up your table.
• We will provide  a light meal for our college representatives.  In addition, coffee and beverages will be available in our hospitality room.
• Doors open to the public at 6:30 p.m., and the College Night concludes at 8:30 p.m.
• In respect for all attendees and participants and to maintain the overall integrity and quality of the fair, our College Night adheres to Texas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (TACRAO) guidelines.  A copy of these are attached for you to review.

• Please only two reps per table and we ask that you stay behind the tables.

• Our fair participates in the “Go To College Fairs” scanning program.  If you are interested, go to gotocollegefairs.com to find out more about the opportunities this technology provides. You are not required to participate in the scanning program.

Parking will be available in the East parking lot and the hospitality room will open at 4:45pm. Set-up may begin at 4:00.

We do follow TACRAO guidelines, so please do not bring large displays or electronics.
